APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Naperville

We recently moved into 5th Avenue Station, and our experience has been amazing so far! Marisa in particular was able to help us resolve any issues in the application process and was excellent in keeping us informed throughout the move-in process. The design of the apartments is well thought out, and the location is ideal, being so close to downtown Naperville.

We moved into Fifth Station recently in Naperville. The move-in was easy and went without a hitch. The staff primarily Marissa has been excellent with getting us orientated and welcoming us. I asked alot of questions. Additionally we had some minor maintenence to the unit and within a couple of hours of the request was completed thanks to Craig. Overall excellent!

I love it here. A truly beautiful building with real brick throughout, friendly staff, open-floor layouts, an amazing location, all the on-sight amenities that I could ask for, etc. The only down side is tracking down your Amazon packages when they arrive, but that's not 5th Avenue's fault. 5 stars! Happy living here on 5th :)

Cute loft style apartment complex in Naperville. Has parking, multiple common spaces for tenant use, across the street from the Naperville train station and a few blocks from downtown Naperville.

I am writing this review as the former Assistant Property Manager for this property. I have sincerely enjoyed my time here and will truly miss working for not only this community but for AMC LLC which was the property management company running the community. Short walking distance from downtown Naperville and being next door to the Naperville train station to travel to the city has always been amazing. The Leasing and Maintenance team that I am leaving has been the best I have worked with. You won't be disappointed living at 5th Avenue Station!

Overall, 5th Avenue has been a great place to live. Matthew in the leasing office is attentive, responds quickly to any questions or concerns, and ALWAYS friendly! Craig in Maintenance is FAST, usually fixing minor requests within a few hours, or next day.

My experience living at 5th Ave has been nothing short of amazing. The front end staff is always super helpful and has insight into any question I might have. Maintenance always resolves all my issues within 24-48 hours. The units themselves are gorgeous, better than almost every apartment I’ve ever visited here in the suburbs and I’m DT Chicago. Special shout out to Matthew (assistant property manager)for always making time to help the residents and just being a wonderful person.

I worked with Matthew for about a year while I planned my move to 5th Avenue Station. Throughout the process he was extremely helpful answering all of my questions quickly with a positive mindset. When I was a few weeks from closing on my house he started sending me apartment openings as they became available. The entire staff has been great to work with. I moved in last week and love everything. This place is great for city lovers as the loft style makes me feel like I never left downtown. Great location great everything. The neighbors are also fantastic.
